Conductor Automation Privacy Statement

Conductor Automation is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement
explains the data collection and use practices of Conductor Automation. It does not apply to other sites,
products, or services. Specifically, it does not apply to the support forum provided by Universal Devices,
Inc. ("UDI"). That forum is subject to UDI's privacy policy, if such a policy exists.
Collection and Use of Your Information
The information we collect from you will be used by Conductor Automation and its controlled subsidiaries and
affiliates to enable the features you are using and provide the service(s) or carry out the transaction(s) you
have requested or authorized. It may also be used to analyze and improve Conductor Automation products and
services.
We may send certain mandatory service communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, information
on technical service issues, and security announcements. Conductor Automation may send periodic member letters
that are considered part of the service. We may occasionally request your feedback, invite you to participate in
surveys, or send you promotional mailings to inform you of other products or services available from Conductor
Automation.
Except as described in this statement, personal information you provide will not be transferred to third
parties without your consent. We may occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf,
such as packaging, sending and delivering purchases and other mailings, answering customer questions about
products or services, or performing statistical analysis of our services. We will only provide those companies
the personal information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information
for any other purpose.
Conductor Automation may access or disclose information about you, including the content of your
communications, in order to: (a) comply with the law or respond to lawful requests or legal process; (b)
protect the rights or property of Conductor Automation or our customers, including the enforcement of our
agreements or policies governing your use of the services; or (c) act on a good faith belief that such access or
disclosure is necessary to protect the personal safety of Conductor Automation employees, customers, or the
public.
Information that is collected by or sent to Conductor Automation may be stored and processed in the United
States or any other country in which Conductor Automation's affiliates or service providers maintain facilities.
Conductor Automation abides by the safe harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce
regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union.
Collection and Use of Information about Your Computer
When you use software with Internet-enabled features, information about your computer ("standard computer
information") is sent to the Web sites you visit and online services you use. Conductor Automation uses standard
computer information to provide you Internet-enabled services, to help improve our products and services, and for
statistical analysis. Standard computer information typically includes information such as your IP address,
operating system version, browser version, and regional and language settings. In some cases, standard computer
information may also include hardware ID, which indicates the device manufacturer, device name, and version. If a
particular feature or service sends information to Conductor Automation, standard computer information will be
sent as well.
The privacy details for each Conductor Automation feature, software or service listed in this privacy statement
describe what additional information is collected and how it is used.
Changes to this privacy statement
We will occasionally update this privacy statement to reflect changes in our products, services, and customer
feedback. When we post changes, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this statement. If there are
material changes to this statement or in how Conductor Automation will use your personal information, we will
notify you either by posting a notice of such changes prior to implementing the change or by directly sending you
a notification. We encourage you to periodically review this statement to be informed of how Conductor Automation
is protecting your information.

Specific Features
The remainder of this document will address the following specific features:
Registration
What This Feature Does: When registering for testing, you volunteer to help evaluate Conductor Automation
software products.
Information Collected, Processed, or Transmitted: When you register, Conductor Automation will ask you to
provide a valid email address. You may also be asked to provide details about your computer to assist in the
testing process.
Use of Information: Your email address will be used to allow Conductor Automation to contact you.
Choice/Control: You will not be accepted into a testing program without first signing up or registering,
however if you chose not to register, you may still download trial versions or other permitted versions of
Conductor Automation software.
Check for Updates
What This Feature Does: Software products such as Conductor may connect to Conductor Automation's servers to
determine whether or not updated versions are available.
Information Collected, Processed, or Transmitted: Upon checking for updates, a product code is transmitted
to Conductor Automation. This code is used to identify the type of software (such as Conductor for Windows Media
Center or Conductor for Android). The IP address of the computer requesting the version information may be
logged.
Use of Information: Conductor Automation may log your IP address for analytical purposes. No other information
about you or your computer is recorded.
Choice/Control: The "Check for Updates" option is enabled by default. You can turn off this feature at any
time in the software by disabling this option in the settings/preferences of your Conductor Automation
software.
Send Debug Info
What This Feature Does: Software products such as Conductor present an option to allow the user to upload
debug/software settings information to Conductor Automation's servers for the purposes of customer support.
Information Collected, Processed, or Transmitted: Upon sending debug information, you may be asked for any of
the following: your name, your email address, your phone number, and a comment about the problems you are
experiencing. Your email address is required to upload the data. All other information is considered optional
unless otherwise noted by the software. In addition to this information, settings, internal data and log files for
the Conductor Automation software will be uploaded. Any user names and passwords used by the software will be
included in this information in an encrypted form. Conductor Automation cannot and will not use the information you
upload using this tool to connect to any devices or accounts used by your installation of the Conductor Automation
software.
Use of Information: Your contact information (name, email address and phone number) may be used by Conductor
Automation support staff to contact you with resolution/follow-up to your query. Other information, including the
uploaded data and your comments, are used to by Conductor Automation support staff to assist you with your problem
and/or improve Conductor Automation software.
Choice/Control: This feature is used on demand. No information/data is automatically sent to Conductor Automation
without action on your part. Additionally, you can elect to review the gathered data prior to uploading it to Conductor
Automation.
